The Production Stages

Milking

Mares can be milked from two to four times a day.

The foal must not have access to the mother's udder for two hours before milking.

The foal must not be separated from the mother, otherwise, the mother will not be stimulated to produce milk.

Mechanical milking is done using classic milking machines, and the quantity produced is approximately two liters of milk per session.

Bottling

After milking all the mares, the operator moves the milk to the laboratory.

The milk is then bottled in 250 ml food-grade plastic bottles.

The bottling process is done using a bottling machine that draws the milk directly from the milking machine's container, ensuring no direct contact between the milk and the operator.

The prepared containers are sealed with a tamper-proof cap, labeled, and then placed in a temperature-controlled chilling unit.

Storage

Once the temperature has dropped to -20°C, the bottles are transferred to a freezer for storage. The freezer will keep the bottles at -20°C until shipment.

Customer orders are placed in packaging made from materials suitable to ensure the cold chain (100% non-toxic EPS polystyrene boxes of appropriate thickness to maintain the temperature for 36-48 hours, plus cold accumulators) and shipped via courier or delivered directly to the customer. The courier guarantees delivery within 24 hours of pickup. The final customer will need to store the milk in their freezer at -20°C until use.
