Equimilk raw frozen mare’s milk is delivered frozen at -20°C and has a shelf life of 12 months from the production date, provided it is stored properly in a freezer.
Shipping:
Delivery is guaranteed within 24-48 hours from shipment, packaged in containers compliant with ISO-19005-1 standards.
Shipments will be made from Monday to Wednesday to avoid storage delays over the weekend.
Consumption:
Mare’s milk must be thawed in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours before consumption, or at room temperature, or in a water bath at a maximum temperature of 37°C to preserve its unique organoleptic properties. Microwave thawing is not recommended.

A full course consists of consuming 250 ml of mare’s milk in the morning for breakfast for a period of no less than thirty days.
Alternatively, it can be taken in the evening before bed. Despite its distinct, sweet, and pleasant flavor, it can be consumed with the addition of honey, cocoa, or fruit and vegetable juices.
